Website development pricing in Estonia 2026

If you are looking for the cheapest possible website, SolveIT may not be the right fit. If you need a fast, clear, and business-focused web solution, smaller projects start from 500 euros.

Why is there no single fixed price?

Website pricing depends on whether you need a simple online presence, multiple service pages, inquiry forms, multilingual content, SEO structure, integrations, or tools that make your daily work easier. The word "website" can mean very different scopes of work.

Website pricing 2026 — typical ranges

These are not named packages. They are the volume bands I quote from. The exact price is agreed before work starts.

€500–1,000

Simple presence site

1–3 pages, a clear service explanation, mobile layout, a contact form, and basic SEO (titles, metadata, sitemap). Fits when you already have copy and need a trustworthy presence quickly.

€1,000–2,500

Company website

Several service pages, clearer structure, work samples, a stronger SEO base, and optionally a simple inquiry flow. Most small businesses land here.

€2,500–5,000

Sales site with a workflow

More pages, extra languages, a multi-step inquiry wizard, internal linking, and conversion logic. For when the site must generate inquiries, not just exist.

€5,000+

Tool or custom build

Booking, an admin panel, automation, or other business logic beyond a brochure site. Price follows the workflow, not the page count.

What is in the price — and what is not

Usually included

  • Design and build within the agreed scope
  • Mobile-friendly, fast static architecture
  • Basic SEO: headings, metadata, sitemap, structured data
  • A simple contact form on smaller projects
  • Domain and hosting guidance; you own the site

Usually separate

  • A multi-step inquiry wizard — separate workflow
  • Extra languages — scoped add-on
  • Writing all copy from scratch if none exists
  • E-commerce, booking, or other custom tools
  • Ongoing content management or ads

How long does a website take?

01

Simple presence site

About 1–2 weeks if copy and assets are ready.

02

Company website

About 2–4 weeks, depending on page count and feedback speed.

03

Larger build or tool

4–8 weeks or more if the workflow needs analysis and testing.

The most common delay is content: the site cannot finish if texts and photos are missing.

Running costs after launch

SolveIT sites are built as static files. Hosting is usually a few euros a month or less — no WordPress plugins to patch and no platform fee. A .ee domain is separate, about €10–20 a year. A 250€ WordPress template usually means ongoing hosting, security updates, and plugin maintenance for the life of the site.

A €250 WordPress site is a different product

The cheapest bracket is usually WordPress, Wix, or another builder. That can be fine if you want a cheap calling card and will maintain the platform yourself. I do not offer that path, because:

  • Most WordPress security issues come from themes and templates, not the core.
  • Plugins need constant updates. Skip them and you get holes or broken features.
  • If a plugin vendor stops, that feature dies on your site. You pay again for a replacement.

I focus on clear business logic, fast loading, and builds that stay secure even if nobody logs into an admin panel every week.

When is SolveIT a good fit?

  • You need a website that explains your service clearly and builds trust.
  • You want to work directly with the person who analyses the need and builds the solution.
  • You need a contact form, inquiry flow, or another business workflow on the website.
  • You want a fast, technically lightweight solution with reasonable running costs.

What affects the price?

Scope

A one-page service website and a multi-service company website are not the same workload.

Content and structure

If the messaging, service logic, and content need work, analysis and content planning add to the scope.

Inquiry forms

A simple contact form is one thing. A multi-step inquiry wizard with reference codes and email delivery is a separate workflow.

Languages and SEO

Multilingual content, metadata, structured data, and local discoverability affect the final scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does website development cost?

Smaller SolveIT website projects start from 500 euros. The final price depends on scope, content, forms, languages, and required functionality.

What is website pricing in Estonia in 2026?

The market runs from a few hundred euros to several thousand. SolveIT bands: simple presence €500–1,000, company site €1,000–2,500, sales site with a workflow €2,500–5,000, custom work from €5,000. A €250 template site is a different product — usually WordPress or Wix.

Is a €250 website a bad idea?

Not if you need a cheap calling card and will maintain the platform yourself. It is not the same as a custom, SEO-ready site with low running costs.

Is the price agreed before work starts?

Yes. Before work starts, the scope, price, and next steps are agreed. The goal is to avoid vague costs and surprises.

How long does website development take?

A simple presence site is usually 1–2 weeks, a company site 2–4 weeks. A larger build or tool takes 4–8 weeks or more. Missing content is the main delay.

Is an inquiry form included in the price?

A simple contact form can be part of a smaller website. A smart multi-step inquiry flow is a separate solution and depends on the required logic.

Does the price include SEO?

Basic SEO setup is included: headings, metadata, sitemap, and structured data. Ongoing content marketing, link buying, or Google Ads are not part of the build.

Can I edit the site myself later?

A static site is not a WordPress admin. Small copy fixes are done by agreement. If you need to add content every week, we discuss that before the project — it changes the scope.

What does it cost after launch?

A domain at about €10–20 a year and inexpensive static hosting. No monthly agency fee or plugin maintenance pack.
